No Refunds or Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly downloadable and cannot be returned, we have a strict no refunds or cancellations policy.

All sales are final. Once a purchase is made and the download link is provided, it is considered a delivered product. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Purchasing the wrong product

• Not having the necessary software or skills to use the designs

• Not getting the desired business results from the designs

 

Why We Have This Policy

This policy is in place to protect our intellectual property. Unlike a physical product, a digital design cannot be "returned" once it has been downloaded. The moment you receive the download link, you have full access to the product.

 

Troubleshooting

If you experience any technical issues with your download link or file access, please contact our support team at artproinq@gmail.com within 6 to 24 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. We will not be able to offer a solution if the issue is not reported within the specified timeframe.
